Dear Jas and Maverick,
Congratulations on your engagement, and welcome to the exciting world of wedding planning! We are humbled and thrilled that you are considering having us assist with the detailed planning and coordination of your wedding on Friday, June 18th, 2027, surrounded by 80-120 of your closest loved ones coming from all around the world!
It is my understanding that you are completing the bulk of the wedding planning yourself and are most interested in our services for detailed planning and wedding day coordination, where we begin working with you around the 4-month mark to ensure that no detail is left out, and that transitions between the events of your day are meaningfully thought through. Throughout the detailed planning process, we’re at your disposal to advise and guide you in every aspect of the wedding - because we’re not just coordinators. We are planners - we understand that every option has a specific outcome, and we want to make sure that the outcome of your decision is exactly what you want. We are intentional about making sure that your wedding is a reflection of both of you as individuals and as a couple.
In this proposal, I present 3 different packages, all of which have been customized to your needs. These packages range from a basic set of services to ensure your worry-free wedding day, to other options that provide a bit more assistance such as providing vendor contract review, and the added support of one-on-one consultations in order to help you along the way during this very exciting time. It is my sincerest hope that the packages provided fulfills the assistance you are seeking. If you would like to make adjustments to any of the packages, please feel free to reach out - I am more than happy to accommodate.
As your wedding planner and coordinators, we will not only ensure that your wedding day will go smoothly, but we’ll give you the confidence and peace of mind of knowing that you are able to completely let go of all your worries and concerns, and focus on enjoying your wedding day.

Planner’s Perspective

We understand that you’ve likely never planned a wedding before. And we know (we’ve been there) that you can feel unsure about some of the decisions you’re making. This is why we make it a point to not only learn about your wedding day vision but understand it. We make an effort to understand your underlying concerns, your goals and wishes, and provide you with other options that just makes sense. It isn’t about following what other couples have done in the past - it’s charting a new path that aligns with your concerns, your vision, and what is most important to you.
Others use the “plug and play” model where they execute the details you pass onto them, even though you’re unsure if those details work well. We take the time to understand your concerns and suggest other paths that make more sense. That way, you’re 100% confident of the choice/s you’ve made - never second-guessing if another alternative would have been a better option.
Wedding Day Timeline
Creating the perfect timeline to suit your preferences and priorities
The timeline is often overlooked by many who plan a wedding. Or worse - it is copied from other weddings where priorities and values are different. We believe that your timeline is just as important as curating your vendor team.
Others copy and paste from a previous wedding. We create your timeline from scratch, not only making sure it reflects your priorities and preferences, but we do it in a way to make you shine, while keeping with your guest’s experience in mind.
Design
We start with you and build outwards
Weddings are about celebrating the union of the couple. And even though I’ve planned many weddings, each one is unique.
We get to know and understand your style, what you value, and the elements and aspects of life and material things you find beautiful and appreciate. Then we create design concepts and source out vendors around what’s important to you, not what’s easy for us.
Others personalize your décor by varying the signs, colours, and the monogram. We personalize your wedding day design by incorporating elements that both of you find beautiful so that your guests feel both of you on your wedding day.
